These Terms of Service govern your use of sfosh.com and any purchase you make from Sfosh. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Sfosh is an online fashion store. Our business address is Al Khuwair Street, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. You can reach us at help@sfosh.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products
We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in fabric and fit are normal. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
4. Prices and availability
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Prices and availability can change at any time without notice.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Compare-at prices shown with a strike-through are prices at which the item is or has been offered.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card or payment details.
6. Shipping
Shipping rates, delivery times and the countries we ship to are described on our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, Sfosh Guarantee and First Fit Free are described on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Sfosh Credit
- Sfosh Credit is linked to your Sfosh account and can only be used by you.
- It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
- It is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
- Bonus credit is offered once per customer, on the first eligible return.
- We may cancel credit obtained through fraud or abuse of our return policy.
9. Fair use of our return policy
We may refuse returns, remove return benefits, or close accounts where we see repeated or abusive return activity, including false damage or wrong-item claims.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Sfosh or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to access it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, or using it for any fraudulent purpose.
12. Disclaimer
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms and on our Returns & Refunds page.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sfosh is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
